Job Description

Ubisoft IT is looking for a Data Product Manager to join the Production Technology Data Domain team which is part of the Ubisoft Data Office (UDO). This team supports Production Technology teams by providing data expertise, standardized data products, and governance while promoting a data-driven culture and collaboration across domains to ensure data consistency, transparency, and value.

As a Data Product Manager joining the team, you will be responsible for developing and managing data products that support Prod Tech teams and our games. You will also take part in implementing the domain data strategy while working closely with UDO and Prod Tech Data teams. Finally, you will have the opportunity to drive multiple aspects of the data strategy, from governance, standard data products, data maturity, and data pipelines to product usage & ROI, and cost of Data.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the domain data strategy, aligning with Ubisoft's overall data vision and objectives;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data product requirements;
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Prod Tech data landscape, including data sources, systems, and workflows;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that data products meet their needs and expectations;
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of data products and identify areas for improvement;
  • Support and accelerate Prod Tech data & AI projects, while facilitating links with UDO core functions;
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data management, analytics, and AI;
  • Ensure data products adhere to data quality, security, and governance principles.
Qualifications
  • Experience in data product management, AI/ML, or related fields;
  • Strong understanding of data technologies and data governance;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro;
  • Proven capacity to balance technical and business requirements through strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams in project initiatives through strong communication, collaboration, and leadership;
  • Familiarity with Data Mesh principles, data product management, and AI best practices.
