TD is seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to guide a team of Data Engineers and Technology Specialists supporting Branch Banking, Coach Ready and Loyalty. This role will provide technical and people leadership while helping deliver a critical 2–3-year technology roadmap for Canadian Personal Banking.

You will combine strong data engineering expertise with people leadership, partnering across Technology and the business to deliver scalable, reliable solutions aligned with enterprise

Formación

• 7+ years of technology/engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering or technology teams.
• Strong data engineering background with PySpark, Python and SQL.
• Experience designing and delivering ETL/data pipelines using Azure Databricks.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Data Engineers and Technology Specialists.
• Provide technical leadership across design, development, and deployment of data engineering solutions.
• Drive delivery of key engineering initiatives for Canadian Personal Banking.
