Role Overview:
As a Remote Data Outreach Assistant, you will support the team by collecting, organizing, and maintaining data related to community outreach activities. Your work will help ensure our outreach initiatives are impactful and meet the needs of the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and organize data related to community outreach programs
Maintain and update outreach databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Assist in preparing reports and analyzing program outcomes
Coordinate with outreach teams to gather data and track program progress
Help manage outreach initiatives by scheduling events and tracking participation
Provide data-driven insights to enhance program effectiveness and impact
Ensure compliance with data privacy policies and confidentiality standards
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in data management, administrative support, or community outreach
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Knowledge or interest in community outreach and social impact is a plus
