Job summary

BeachHead Inc. seeks a Manager of Data Products & Analytics Modernization to lead a team delivering unified data solutions. You will govern data quality, align KPIs across units, and drive modernization using Python, SQL, and Power BI. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a high-impact enterprise setting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data models and dashboards, shaping data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing data products, data governance, and analytics teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer experience skills, especially in call center or back-office environments
• Deep understanding of KPI measurement and its impact on business operations
• Extensive hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Power BI
• Ability to balance team leadership with technical hands-on contributions (50/50)
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 3-4 analytics professionals focused on data products and modernization projects
• Define and implement data governance best practices to ensure data quality and compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective data solutions
• Develop and oversee data models and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
• Create a unified data environment by consolidating multiple dashboards and KPIs into a single, accurate source of truth
• Ensure consistent measurement of KPIs across sales, finance, and other departments
• Implement automation and optimize data workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Apply Python, SQL, and Power BI to develop data solutions and conduct hands-on data analysis
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation effectively
• Drive continuous improvement in data processes and tools aligned with organizational goals
