Base pay range

CA$28.00/hr - CA$30.00/hr

We are seeking a Data Migration Specialist to support a key data transition initiative for our client. In this role, you'll help move and query data as the client transitions from Microsoft Access to Excel, while contributing to the broader data strategy being developed.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid SQL and data-handling skills who is looking to grow into a long-term solution-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Migrate data from Microsoft Access to Excel with attention to accuracy and structure
• Write and execute SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, and validation
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data needs
• Support ongoing data analysis and troubleshooting as needed
• Participate in planning and design discussions for long-term data architecture solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with Microsoft Access and Excel in a data migration or support capacity
• Proficiency in SQL (writing queries, joins, data manipulation)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Willingness to be onsite in Mississauga 1 day per week
