Job summary

Global Technical Talent is seeking a Business/Data Migration Analyst in Toronto, ON. The role focuses on leading the data migration project from inception through deployment, with hands-on execution in a hybrid environment.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in data migration/analytics, strong cloud and SDLC experience, and excellent communication. Onsite 4 days plus remote one day per week, contract for 12 months with extensions and conversion potential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in data migration or analytics environments.
• Strong experience with cloud data platforms and SDLC.
• Ability to read data schemas and write technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead data migration project from inception to deployment.
• Participate in analysis and design sessions.
• Create design documentation per SDLC and support execution.
• Analyze large datasets, derive insights, and communicate results.
• Review data schemas and related technical documents.
