What is Required (Qualifications):

2. 10+ years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a similar role
3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI)
4. Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with data quality tools and methodologies
2. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data management (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
3. Certifications in data governance or management (CDMP, DGSP)
