Job summary

Stripe Toronto is seeking a data analytics professional to partner with product and business teams, building data products, dashboards, and insights that drive growth and responsible decision-making.

You will design and maintain data pipelines, create scalable reports, and translate business needs into actionable analytics while collaborating with cross-functional partners across Stripe.

Qualifications

• MS/MA or BS/BA and 2+ years (MS/MA) or 3+ years (BS/BA) in BI/Analytics roles
• Proficiency in SQL
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
• Clear communication of results and impact
• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and dashboards
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and recommendations
• Ability to enable stakeholders with self-service reporting tools and training

Responsibilities

• Partner with Stripe teams to ensure models, data products, and insights support decisions and growth
• Extract insights from Stripe data and translate business needs into data problems
• Build metrics, dashboards, and reports to inform and run the business
• Deliver actionable recommendations through analyses and data storytelling
