Citi in Mississauga is seeking a Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst to help shape the enterprise data governance strategy and risk framework. You will partner with multiple teams to implement governance policies, develop KPIs, and report on program health to senior leadership.
You will analyze large datasets, design data quality rules, and translate insights into actionable remediation steps while balancing stakeholder needs across banking and corporate finance contexts.
The Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst is responsible for contributing to the directional strategy and assisting in the creation and modification of the Enterprise Data Governance Strategy, and/or Data Risk and Control Framework and Data Risk Taxonomy. The focus of this role may be on one or more of the following areas: assisting in identification, measurement and reporting, data policy adoption and compliance, data controls framework performance and issue management, and regulatory and audit response and action tracking. This role requires a flexible individual who can respond effectively to rapidly changing business needs. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to handle ambiguity and complexity, deliver across multiple responsibilities, and interface confidently with senior management. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are essential to guide, influence, and build consensus across stakeholders.
