Job summary

Touchstone Institute is seeking a Manager of Data & Evaluation to lead the PRO data analytics, evaluation frameworks, and reporting for Practice Ready Ontario. You will oversee data collection, analysis, and KPI development, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

The role combines analytics expertise with program evaluation and requires strong leadership in a hybrid Toronto environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in health sciences (master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in data analytics, program evaluation, or research.
• 3+ years leading a team of staff.
• Experience designing and implementing program evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics frameworks, dashboards, and performance measurement systems.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and reporting processes.
• Oversee reports, presentations, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Strengthen data collection and ensure findings lead to actions.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure data quality and governance.
