Job summary

destinationone Consulting is seeking a Research Analyst/Evaluator to support program evaluation across Ontario locations. You will design and implement research plans, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations for internal and external audiences.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences or statistics (master’s preferred) with 3+ years of experience, strong analytical and statistical skills, and proficiency in SPSS, Excel, or Tableau.
