This is a hybrid position.
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining various internal processes to ensure the accuracy and smooth operation of manufacturer warranties, promotions, legal disclaimers, pricing, and more.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Add and manage various fees (administrative, taxes, and other relevant costs) in our internal management tool.
- Add and maintain extended warranties and protection plans offered by different manufacturers in our internal tool.
- Add and update manufacturer incentives, provincial offers, and promotions in our internal tool.
- Maintain legal disclaimers and ensure they are clearly understood on the company’s websites via the internal tool.
- Modify company websites – XMS widgets – to add or update legal disclaimers.
- Update default payment methods as needed.
- Handle support requests:
- Respond to support requests and identify recurring issues in the ticket management system
- Ensure effective resolution of reported cases
- Act as a subject-matter expert for data-related processes
- Resolve errors related to configurations, manufacturer guides, and auto-build rules
- OEM Site Monitoring
- Log in daily to manufacturer (OEM) websites to monitor updates to pricing, models, and incentives
- Compare changes with previous versions to ensure information accuracy, even when update dates are unclear
- Apply and test changes once identified
- Accessory and Feature Management
- Manually update accessory and feature lists for various manufacturers
- Installation Configuration
- Assist with Desking tool setup
- Contribute to the setup of our e-commerce platform
- Ensure proper setup of new websites, including data, fees, and pricing

Required Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets
- Experience in technical support, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Knowledge of OEM processes, pricing models, and automotive warranties (an asset)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong analytical skills and ability to propose practical solutions
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and department.
