A leading company is seeking a Data Entry Operator / Customer Service associate for a 6-month hybrid role in Toronto. This position will involve processing fee billing cases within a fast-paced environment, and requires post-secondary education.

Job description

Job Title: Data Entry Operator / Customer Service
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 4 days onsite)
Duration: 6 months

Daily Responsibilities:

• For this role it would mainly customer service role and being a service associate.
• This role also processes Fee Billing cases.
• A processor will have cases assigned to them based on skill level and queue volumes and will be expected to process them within a 2 day SLA.
• Fast-paced environment.

Must Have Skills:

• Post-Secondary Education Ideal (College/ University)
• Business background, experience with Excel/ Access, experience with data manipulation, experience in Wealth Management
