A leading firm is seeking a candidate with over 2 years of banking/financial services experience to join their team. The role involves managing inbox inquiries, addressing troubleshooting needs, and utilizing financial software. Ideal candidates will possess a Canadian Securities Course designation and technical skills in VBA, combined with strong analytical and communication abilities.
2+ years of Banking/Financial Services experience is MUST HAVE.
Job Description
Daily Responsibilities:
Describe a typical ‘day in the life’.
Staff will start the day by checking the generic inbox, ensuring requests are completed, and addressing any troubleshooting queries appropriately. The main priority is maintaining a clean inbox. They may also learn some reports depending on the learning curve given the timeline.
Essential Program/Technology/Software Knowledge:
Describe in what capacity the selected candidate will be using it.
We use vendors such as Interactive Data, Bloomberg, Six Financial, CDS, BNY, and CUSIP Global. We work off MDF.
