Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our billing team and manage front-desk reception duties. This role offers a flexible schedule, accommodating temporary, full-time, or part-time commitments based on your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data into company databases and systems (AXON).
  • Assist the billing department with data entry and invoice processing.
  • Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Support various departments with administrative needs as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry, administration, or receptionist roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
