June 10, 2025Description**The position**The data entry clerk is a long-term contract position that will be responsible for transferring insurance policies from one system to another in support of HD Mutual’s amalgamation and harmonization. The focus of the role will be assisting in data clean up, keying in information in databases and completing documentation for the successful implementation of our merger.**What you have**• Strong organization and time management• Demonstrated attention to detail; proven ability to transfer information with high degree of accuracy• Good investigation and research capabilities• Strong self-motivation and highly accountability able to work independently and in a distributed team• Ability to remain focused on a repetitive set of tasks• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills• Experience in the insurance industry is an asset but not required**What we are looking for**We are seeking a detail-oriented self-starter willing to work 35-hours/week Monday-Friday for approximately 12 months (July 2025-July 2026). As a hybrid workplace you will split your time between your home and our office in either Guelph or Sheffield.
