Job summary

A local business in the Region of Waterloo is seeking an individual to manage daily administration processes and inventory control. This role involves collaboration with external facilities, adjustments within an ERP system, and providing backup in scheduling operations. Candidates should have strong computer skills, attention to detail, and solid interpersonal capabilities. This is an essential position supporting branch functions and ensuring efficient operations.

  • Solid interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and build rapport with internal & external customers.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are extremely important.
  • Strong analytical, time management & organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • All duties related to everyday administration processes in line with company policies.
  • Key role with inventory control and cycle counts.
  • Working closely with outside facilities for material processing.
  • IA adjustments and write-offs within ERP systems.
  • Provide backup for branch operations and scheduling.

Job description

  • All duties related to everyday Administration processes / controls in line with company policies and procedures
  • Key role with Inventory Control, Cycle Counts and Physical Inventory Counts
  • Working closely with outside facilities that process our material and accounting for it within our system for traceability and reconciliation
  • IA Adjustments, write offs within the ERP system. Credit and debit notes to both customers and Mills
  • Provide solid backup for the branch in RMI Trucks with daily load schedules and also North Runs
  • Provide solid backup for the branch in Production Scheduling
  • Provide solid backup for the LMS / BIS Training Platform.
  • Job Requirements :

    • Solid interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and build report with internal & external customers.
    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems.
    • Accuracy and attention to detail are extremely important
    • Strong analytical, time management & organizational skills
