Job description

Reporting to the Supervisor of the Preferred Provider Network (PPN), the Data Entry Administrator (PPN) will be responsible for administrative and clerical duties as outlined below. The Data Entry Administrator (PPN) must have familiarity and comfort using Microsoft Excel and must have excellent attention to detail and familiarity working with large data files. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks including: data entry, general technical assistance, project support, and performing related tasks to assist with other initiatives supporting the strategic direction of the department.

What You Will Do
  • Perform general data entry tasks and triage emails to appropriate departments
  • Enter and maintain provider information in the required systems
  • Maintain the provider network portal
  • Interact with a variety of stakeholders and other team members to obtain data requirements
  • Create and manage lists of providers for claims and outreach purposes
  • Generate and distribute reports and manage mass email/newsletter distribution
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned by leadership to serve changing business needs
What You Will Bring
  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or data management are considered an asset
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
  • Ability to do repetitive work for a long period of time
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate good judgement, reliability, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual, written and oral (English and French), is considered an asset
