The role focuses on setting technical direction, driving execution, and partnering with Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering to translate business priorities into durable data solutions. You will work with Kafka, Spark, Flink, Databricks, Airflow, dbt, and AWS.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and delivering complex data, platform, or backend initiatives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Strong foundation in data engineering, distributed systems, batch and streaming pipelines, and cloud data platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern data engineering tools and the ability to guide architecture and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of data engineers to deliver scalable real-time and batch data pipelines.
• Define and execute roadmaps for modern data engineering capabilities, including streaming and cloud-native platforms.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering to translate business priorities into robust data solutions.
