    How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field. A PhD is a strong asset.
    • 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning.
    • Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows.
    • Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
    • You are autonomous, innovative and dynamic.
    • Prior experience with Microsoft Semantic Kernel or similar tools is a strong asset.
    • Proficiency in Python and relevant ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
    • Deep understanding of LLMs and their optimization for enterprise use cases
    • Working knowledge of ontologies, knowledge graphs, and semantic technologies.
    • Familiarity with cloud-based AI tools, particularly within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated passion for staying ahead of industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to complex problems.
    • A keen interest in advancing the state of the art in generative AI and AI agent development.
