Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Data Engineer to build and optimize ETL pipelines for a large-scale data platform. You will drive modernization efforts, develop a centralized data lake, and implement scalable data models across global regions.

You'll work with Snowflake, Snowpipe, Spark, and AWS to enable analytics and AI-powered capabilities, contributing to multi-region deployments and compliance requirements. This role is hybrid with onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Data Engineering experience.
• Strong Snowflake experience is required and prioritized.
• Experience with Snowpipe and/or Apache Spark.

Responsibilities

Job description

Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week (Tuesday and Wednesday required, third day flexible)

What you'll be working on:

• Building and enhancing ETL pipelines for large-scale data processing
• Supporting a major data platform modernization and migration initiative
• Developing a centralized data lake and common data layer
• Working with Snowflake, Snowpipe, Spark, and AWS technologies
• Designing scalable solutions supporting global, multi-region deployments and compliance requirements
• Contributing to bronze, silver, and gold data architecture models
• Helping enable analytics and AI-driven intelligence across multiple business platforms

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Data Engineering experience
• Strong Snowflake experience (highest priority)
• Experience with Snowpipe and/or Apache Spark

Preferred Skills:

• MySQL
• SQL Server
• Experience with AI tools, automation, or AI-assisted development workflows
