Job summary

Bell is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing for OFCI equipment across Canada. You will manage high-value purchase orders, coordinate supplier onboarding, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with budgets and technical requirements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in procurement with data-centre project exposure, strong negotiation skills, and a focus on governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, finance, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or related roles.
• Experience supporting data centre projects, OFCI equipment, or procurement systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sourcing activities for OFCI categories, including market research, supplier identification, RFx issuance, and bid analysis.
• Create, issue, and manage high-value purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of supplier scope, quantities, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and risk assessments to ensure compliance and governance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Capacity Planning, Design and Construction, Legal, and Finance to validate technical specs and budgets before award.
• Track procurement metrics and escalate risks affecting cost, schedule, or quality.
