Base pay range

$75.00/hr - $100.00/hr

• Design and migrate the conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support the solution architecture.
• Lead the data migration strategy, including source system profiling, transformation logic, and exception handling.
• Collaborate with solution architects, data leads, and developers to ensure alignment between data architecture and business requirements.
• Define and enforce data governance standards, including data masking, cleansing, and lineage tracking.
• Support the development of audit trails, logging mechanisms, and retry logic for complex ETL processes.
• Ensure data architecture complies with regulatory requirements and supports secure, scalable integration with platforms like CRM and Business Central.
• Provide technical leadership in the development of data lakes, reporting structures, and analytics pipelines.

Must Have’s:

• 10+ experience as a Data Architect in large-scale transformation programs.
• Expeirence with Microsoft Dynamics
• Expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL design.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, and integration tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Business Central, and legal/regulatory data environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
