Job summary

Simons is seeking a senior data & BI professional to maximize enterprise data value, report to the Director, IT – Data, BI & AI, and design analytical solutions to support strategic business decisions.

You will develop dashboards, KPIs, and BI reports, ensuring data quality, while collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights and drive AI, automation, and governance initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in BI, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management.
  • Demonstrated experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and strategic business recommendations.
  • Experience with modern business intelligence platforms, analytics tools, and data governance initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into business-friendly insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

The person in this role plays a key part in maximizing the value and effective use of enterprise data to support business decision-making and improve organizational performance. Reporting to the Director, IT – Data, Business Intelligence & Artificial Intelligence, this individual develops analytical solutions, partners with business stakeholders to leverage data, and contributes to the ongoing evolution of Simons’ business intelligence capabilities.
