We are looking for a highly motivated Data and Automation Engineer to join our team and drive internal efficiencies through the development of tools, scripts, and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in building internal tools, creating workflow automation, developing dashboards, and integrating data pipelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and unlock data-driven insights using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal tools to streamline business and engineering processes.
• Develop and manage automation workflows using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain intuitive and insightful dashboards using Power BI for various stakeholders.
• Build and maintain backend services using Express.js, and frontend interfaces using React.
• Develop and manage data pipelines and scheduled tasks using Apache Airflow.
• Write efficient, reusable, and modular Python scripts for internal automation, reporting, and data transformation.
• Work with SQL databases to handle, query, and transform large datasets.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and analytics teams to identify areas for process improvement through automation.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best practices for automation and data tooling.
• Contribute to exploratory Data Science or AI initiatives when applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role involving scripting, automation, and full-stack development.
• Proficiency with Power Automate and Power BI.
• Strong experience in SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
• Solid experience with Express.js (Node.js) and React.
• Proficient in Python for scripting and automation tasks.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
• Strong understanding of building scalable internal tools and automation systems.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI or Machine Learning features into internal tools or automation pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Understanding of DevOps or CI/CD practices is a plus.
