Job Description

Role Purpose

The Data and Analytics Architect - L1 position at Wipro Technologies-Canada involves defining and developing Enterprise Data Structure including Data Warehouse, Master Data, Integration, and transaction processing. As part of the role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing modeling standards and business information to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and Develop Data Architecture that supports organizational and client needs in new/existing deals
• Partner with business leadership to provide strategic recommendations for maximizing data and information assets
• Create data strategy and roadmaps
• Implement data governance models
• Develop and monitor compliance with Data Modeling standards
• Collaborate with vendors for system integrity
• Present data scenarios for different uses

• Collect, aggregate, and distribute data throughout the organization
• Provide solutions for client Request for Proposals (RFPs)
• Develop database solutions
• Validate solutions from a technical and cost perspective
• Identify and resolve technology integration issues
• Track industry trends to align IT needs

• Develop and implement standard patterns for data layers
• Build conceptual and logical data models
• Implement security practices
• Understand Master Data Management and Data Governance

• Build relationships with delivery teams

• Manage multiple projects
