BMO Financial Group is seeking a data analytics & reporting professional to develop and maintain reporting for the Canadian consumer credit portfolios. You will oversee the development, validation, and documentation of reports, drive automation, and work with data owners to meet analytical needs.

You will bring 4–6 years of experience, expert SAS/SQL skills, and familiarity with Python, Linux scripting, and Power Automate. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualificações

• Typically between 4 to 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expert in SAS and SQL.
• Proficient in Python, Linux scripting and Power Automate.
• Proficient in usage of Git.
• Experience creating reports with Power BI an asset.
• Expert knowledge of risk management reporting.
• Expert knowledge of retail credit products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of risk metrics, KPIs and KRIs.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements for risk reporting.
• In-depth product knowledge for the designated business/portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the Canadian consumer credit reporting framework and related procedures.
• Design, develop, and implement regular and ad-hoc reports for management and regulatory needs.
• Lead initiatives to improve reporting processes and increase automation.
• Work with data owners to fulfill analytical needs and ensure data governance compliance.
• Provide information and support for internal and external audits.
• Guide on implementation of analytical and reporting solutions.
