Technical Recruiter - VIVA Tech Solutions

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience applying analytics (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive) to evaluate controls and business objectives, and to identify outliers, anomalies, patterns, or other compliance indicators that may be hidden in data.
2. 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning, with at least 2 years in NLP domain developing and deploying machine learning models. Experience with LLMs and generative AI is a plus, validated by a GitHub profile showcasing relevant projects.
3. 5-7 years of demonstrable experience using programming languages such as SQL and Python, including data libraries (numpy, pandas, matplotlib, scikit-learn), visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau), and AWS SageMaker.
4. Proven track record of creating impactful presentations, visualizations, and dashboards for executive audiences.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels and influence management in ambiguous situations.
7. Deep understanding of IT principles, data analytics, digital processes, and internal controls within large corporate environments.

Additional Relevant Experience

1. Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, AI, Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
2. 8+ years of progressive experience in the financial industry.
