As our Data & Analytics Manager, you will lead a team of analysts to deliver high-impact analytics solutions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. You will balance hands‑on analytics work with team development, strategic planning, and stakeholder management, translating business priorities and leadership vision into team objectives while championing our commitment to Impact, Speed, Repeatability, Accuracy, and Reliability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Oversee data reconciliation processes and ensure all outputs align with sources of truth
  • Drive initiatives to improve data governance, including data cataloging, quality metrics, and stewardship practices

  • Conduct complex data analyses and provide insights that inform strategic business decisions
  • Serve as subject matter expert in data visualization, analytical methodologies, and business intelligence tools
  • Develop and execute the team’s strategic roadmap in alignment with organizational priorities and the Data & Analytics team’s mandate
  • Drive initiatives focused on operational excellence, rationalization and automation, and comprehensive documentation
  • Define and track team success metrics (Impact, Speed, Repeatability, Accuracy, Reliability); monitor, assess, and communicate team performance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance team efficiency and output quality
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, including performance management and career development
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, including at least 1 year in a leadership or management role
