Job summary

ATCO is seeking an ambitious undergraduate student for an 8-month co-op in Edmonton. You will participate in process improvements and data analysis projects, using Microsoft Automate and PowerApps to support engineering and billing teams.

This role offers mentorship, opportunities to impact real business processes, and relocation support. Start date January 2027, with ongoing learning and exposure to ATCO's operations.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate co-op (or internship) program at a recognized Canadian university.
• Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Clear written and verbal communication using appropriate technical vocabulary.
• Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support process-improvement initiatives in project management and engineering execution.
• Support improvements to internal calculators and tools for metering and billing groups.
• Utilize Microsoft Automate and PowerApps to support application development projects.
• Extract, analyze, and reconcile metering and billing data to inform decisions.
• Inform decisions via data management, modeling, analysis and reporting using Excel/Power BI.
