Richards Packaging Inc. is seeking a Data Analytics Architect to develop analytics solutions across sales, marketing, pricing, procurement, and supply chain. You will build BI capabilities with Fabric, Power BI, and Azure, and model data from Dynamics 365 BC and other systems.

The role emphasizes data quality, secure pipelines, and actionable insights to improve profitability and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in data analytics, BI, data engineering or procurement analytics.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, DAX, SQL and Azure data services.
• Proficiency in Python (PySpark) and data pipeline design.
• Experience with ERP like Dynamics 365 BC and enterprise reporting.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable analytics solutions using Fabric, Power BI and Azure.
• Design secure data extraction and integration from Dynamics 365 and other systems.
• Build Fabric Lakehouse environments, pipelines and data models.
• Develop pricing, margin, inventory, forecasting and financial reports.
• Create Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards and reports for leaders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Operations and Finance.
• Ensure data quality, security and performance across platforms.
• Support continuous improvement through automation and data-driven recommendations.
