Job summary

iA Financial Group in Montreal is seeking a Scrum Master to lead delivery in tech analytics environments. You’ll help make delivery visible, remove obstacles, and foster continuous improvement within a skilled, autonomous team.

You’ll enable planning, prioritize work, and facilitate agile practices with a pragmatic approach. Strong leadership, judgment, and ability to turn observations into action are essential, as is fluent French and good English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or related field.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or delivery leadership role in technology teams.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM/CSM) or knowledge of SAFe is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous, fact-based visibility into delivery state, commitments, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify gaps and obstacles and help resolve them.
• Turn information into concrete actions with the right stakeholders.
• Support planning, prioritization, and coordination for predictable delivery.
• Facilitate Agile practices with a pragmatic approach.
• Challenge team on commitments, capacity, and ways of working.
• Manage dependencies and cross-functional issues with partners.
• Protect the team from interruptions to focus on high-value work.
• Identify and implement improvements with the team.
• Contribute to a culture of transparency and collective success.
