Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc., Montréal, Canada, is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business and manage an expanding client portfolio focused on data and analytics for the commercial real estate market.

In this consultative role you will lead the end-to-end sales process, deliver product demos, and establish relationships with brokers, owners, corporations, investors, and CRE professionals in the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Current and valid driver’s license; driving record check.
• Preferred: 5+ years outside sales in data/analytics or CRE, consultative selling, client portfolio growth, strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business and grow your client portfolio.
• Manage and expand accounts with tailored solutions.
• Develop expertise in CoStar’s products and CRE markets.
• Leverage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to renewal.
• Conduct in-person meetings and product demos with CRE professionals.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and build a professional network.
