Kredivo is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support analytics needs for the Business Development function. This role is responsible for tracking and analysis of key metrics and KPIs for sales promoters, sales operations, merchant acquisition, and business development departments. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders such as product managers, data engineers, and data scientists to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and track key business metrics and KPIs such as GMV growth, promo spend efficiency, sales channel performance, merchant acquisitions, and store performances.
  • Create monthly sales team targets, incentive plans, and performance reports.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources; generate reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze sales promoter performance, identify patterns, and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales promoter teams to understand operational needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement of sales promoters.
  • Support internal product development with data insights.
  • Develop, maintain, and own sales-related data marts.
  • Document data assets, including data marts, pipelines, insights, and root cause analyses.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst, Sales Data Analyst, or Product Analyst.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data analysis, validation, interpretation, and recommendation development.
  • Proficient in SQL (advanced skills required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, or Looker.
  • Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with data warehouse modeling is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data pipeline automation tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt) and programming in Python is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
