Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking an experienced RPA Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong BI, automation, and data analytics expertise in Toronto, Canada.

You will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SQL, turning data into actionable insights. The role requires 6–8 years of relevant experience and a capable communicator who can collaborate with stakeholders and drive data governance.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in BA, BI reporting, data analytics, or automation.
• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree in related fields preferred.
• Experience working independently and in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to analyze and combine multiple data sources to present insights clearly.
• Strong data governance and data quality awareness.
• Excellent storytelling and data visualization skills.
• Able to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of IT terminology and industry practices.

Role: RPA Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Experience Required: 6-8 Years

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced RPA Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Business Intelligence, Automation, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and automation solutions while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive and self-service dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other BI and automation tools.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
• Translate complex data findings into compelling stories, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and business partners.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and quality across reporting solutions and dashboards.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and provide guidance on BI and reporting best practices.
• Combine and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and identify data quality improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify and implement effective business and technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, BI Reporting, Data Analytics, or Automation.
• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred in fields such as:
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in BI reporting and analytics.
• Strong experience working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to analyze and combine multiple data sources to:

  • Identify opportunities to improve data hygiene and governance.
• Advanced proficiency with:
  • Semantic Data Modeling
