Location: Montreal, Quebec, CAN H3A 0A8

Description:

Actual Job Title: Organizational Health Solutions Consultant

Role is Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

Location address: Preference for candidates in Montreal; open to Toronto or Waterloo for the right candidate.

Contract Duration: 18 months

Possibility of extension & conversion to FTE: Yes

Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week

Essential Responsibilities:

The Organizational Health Solutions Consultant (Bilingual) supports clients in assessing, designing, executing, and measuring the impact of organizational health strategies, and enables business growth.

1. Assess and Measure (25%): Use data to evaluate organizational health, identify solutions, set targets, and report on progress.
2. Design and Execute (25%): Support clients by identifying opportunities, designing strategies, and guiding them to appropriate tools, services, and products.
3. Enable (50%): Collaborate with internal teams to promote services, support sales efforts, and execute Wellness Report products.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

1. Fully bilingual in English and French, comfortable presenting and consulting in both languages.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in client service, workplace health programs, strategic insights, and data-driven recommendations.
3. Strong understanding of technology platforms, KPIs, engagement tactics, and budgeting.
4. Ability to interpret data into insights and develop comprehensive health strategies.
5. Experience with Wellness Report product, managing its growth and execution.
6. Knowledge of wellness products and vendors.
7. Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform interventions and coordinate with clients and vendors.
8. Support for product enhancement and pilot programs.
9. Awareness of the competitive landscape to ensure offerings meet market needs.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Experience in insurance/group benefits industry is an asset.

Education:

• University degree; MBA or business education beneficial.
