We are looking for a strong Data Analyst to join our team.

Essential Functions

1. Positions with language skills require strong grammar and cultural awareness.
2. Excellent English reading comprehension and writing skills.
3. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
4. Understanding of the regions and cultural variations where the preferred language is spoken.
5. Ability to independently navigate systems and tools.
6. Demonstrates integrity and focuses on customer privacy.
7. Experience in content review or a similar environment, prior testing experience preferred.
8. Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to changing workflows and responsibilities.
9. Excels at working independently to make timely decisions and take appropriate actions.
10. Ability to identify business process solutions that increase efficiencies.
11. Ability to maintain focus and aim for high results through large volumes of tasks.

Qualifications

1. Fluency in the preferred language - English with excellent comprehension, grammar, and proofreading skills.
2. Expertise in analyzing large data sets, problem-solving, and generating insights that improve user experience.
3. Experience with data-querying (SQL, etc.), and familiarity with a scripting language for data processing and development (e.g., Python).
4. Experience working with Tableau or other data visualization technologies and the ability to design striking and informative dashboards and reports.
5. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills to naturally explain difficult technical topics for business partners and leaders to comprehend easily.
