About the role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst, Marketing who can help us deliver value for the business by leveraging data to drive campaign strategies.

Reporting to the Director, Broker Experience & Digital Marketing, you will play a key role within the Broker Marketing & Communications team for Canada’s leading property and casualty insurer. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, are critical for your success. In turn, you’ll receive plenty of opportunities to showcase your skills and grow professionally within a fast-paced, dynamic and agile working environment – with a committed and supportive team.

Here are some ways you’ll make a difference:

  • Analyze business and marketing data to extract valuable insights and trends, contributing to data-driven decision-making' provide actionable recommendations to help enhance brokers engagement
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and optimize customer data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track marketing performance and ROI
  • Implement and oversee CRM processes, including data entry, workflow automation, and user training
  • Work closely with IT and other relevant departments to integrate CRM with other business systems
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and CRM administration

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in marketing, business, maths, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or data analysis, with a focus on CRM administration
  • Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, SharePoint or similar tools
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and practices, Microsoft Office Suite, and analytics platforms (Sales Force, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Power BI)
  • Must be at ease working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities
  • Top-notch interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in P&C insurance and B2B marketing are strong assets
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
