Summary

The Data Analyst performs a variety of analytic functions within the CellCarta, Global Data Analysis Unit. These functions include analysis and reporting of flow cytometry data and data from other platforms as needed. The analyst works under the supervision of the DAU Team / Group Lead, Data Analysts to ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical data analysis of clinical trial samples. Maintains study-related documentation as per GLP / GCLP and regulatory guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes flow cytometry data as per CellCarta's SOPs
• Reviews data analyzed by other analysts and reports data as needed or instructed
• Assists in the organization of study data and related information for interim and final study reports
• Involved in implementing new analytical / statistical tools to increase data analysis throughput

Education

• M.Sc. in immunology or related field, or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience

Main Requirements

• 2 years of data analysis experience in cytometry immunology preferred
• Experience with multiparametric flow cytometry (panels of 8 colors and more), CRO experience desired
• Experience with flow cytometry data analysis tools (FlowJo, cloud-based cytometry analysis, Cytobank, CellEngine)
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Ability to work autonomously and in a structured environment

• Remote position in Canada (EST), or hybrid from Montreal
