Purpose

Client Insights and Analytics is part of the COO (Chief Operating Officer’s) office in Global Banking and Markets. Our mandate is to lead the execution of our business strategies through powerful reporting and analytics. We are closely integrated with our business partners to drive adoption, and client strategies/insights and opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Process and validate large volumes of financial data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and address inquiries efficiently.
  • Perform reconciliations between internal systems to maintain data integrity.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements for data management and reconciliation procedures.
  • Generate insightful reports and analyses to support informed decision-making.
  • Utilize internal and external client data to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Assist with the adoption, change management, and enhancement of the CRM (Client Relationship Management) system.
  • Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed to support business objectives.

What You'll Bring

  • A degree or diploma in Financial Engineering or a related field at the post-secondary level.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
  • A passion for learning and a strong desire to contribute to an international organization that invests in your growth.
  • Active participation in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, and competitions/hackathons.
  • Interest in, or knowledge of, capital markets and the wholesale banking industry.
  • Experience collaborating on a major project or initiative within a team setting.
  • Adaptability in navigating ambiguity and working within a matrix-based environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset characterized by curiosity, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • A high level of energy, dedication, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
