We’re seeking someone to join our team, GSS (Global Supplier Services) Data & Analytics, to deliver insights based on data analysis/reporting solutions to provide transparency and help determine opportunities to optimize Third Party expenses. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and an understanding of third-party source-to-pay processes. The candidate is expected to provide reporting and analytics deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Sourcing / Procurement handles procurement activities, vendor management, sourcing strategy, market assessments, negotiations, contracting, and managing relationships related to outsourced services.

What You’ll Do in the Role

1. Translate business requirements into solutions that enable meaningful reporting and analysis for stakeholders across Sourcing and the Firm.
2. Develop, modify, and maintain visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
3. Become a subject matter expert on data models and structures to perform meaningful analysis aligned with business needs.
4. Collaborate with end users for ad hoc requests or modifications to existing reports and dashboards.
5. Ensure timely delivery of a healthy pipeline of reporting projects.
6. Leverage technical skills and business acumen to find efficiencies and improve reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting and data analytics within a professional setting.
• Client management and teamwork skills, with flexibility in working with end users and colleagues.
• Experience in source-to-pay systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa), sourcing, procurement, accounts payable, expense management, or third-party relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, slicers, data connections).
• Ability to analyze large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL, including creating views and writing complex queries involving joins, functions, and subqueries.
