Summary:
The main function of the Data Analyst is to provide business intelligence support through repeatable and ad hoc reporting (charts, graphs, tables, etc.) that enable informed business decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. IQC Panel Return Claims Process
   • Claim and submit RA Credit based PO for inbound received defective panels from SAMEX
   • Dispatch repairable panels to local RB center (AMKO) and process back-to-stock @GPCA
   • Consolidate non-repairable defects from (4) IQC facilities to CA W/H
   • Process newly received RA credit upon vendor’s claim process completion
2. IQC (Inbound Quality Check)
   • Data compiling and analysis of panel inbound inspection results from (4) IQC facilities
   • Obtain or procure Test Jig required for inspection, including vendor inquiry and stock allocation per facility
   • Report and share data with SAMEX QC Team for analysis and root-cause evaluation
3. Returns Inspection Data Management
   • Data compiling and analysis of panel return inspection results from (4) IQC facilities
   • Report and share data with SAMEX QC Team for analysis and root-cause evaluation
4. Packaging Material Order Management
   • Procure packaging materials for back-to-stock panels
   • Submit PO and process invoice payments with AP
5. Quality Reports (DA/VD)
   • Extract defect/damage returns data
   • Manage and analyze data weekly, monthly, and annually across 2,000 accounts
6. Vendor PO Creation
   • Internal supply, operation, equipment, and miscellaneous services
   • For Panel Inspection W/H (owned by GPCA)
7. Carrier Performance Dashboard
   • Analyze carrier defect and damage rates, compare LTL vs. MR
8. Worst Carrier Route Dashboard
   • Analyze worst delivery routes by customer, zip code, and ship-type
9. Core Parts Pricing
   • Extract pricing data and determine core pricing for new parts registration
   • Update fixed pricing, Core-A pricing, distributor pricing, and net value errors
10. Field Service Support
    • Support VOC inquiries related to pricing errors, delayed returns, shipment delays, etc.
    • Update/adjust PNN Cap allowances per system
