6-month contract Data Analyst role at a global enterprise organization with primarily on-site work in Vancouver

What & Why:
As a result of investment our client is looking to add a contract data analyst to their team to support their Technology Portfolio Management Office. This team is responsible for supporting portfolio and operational activities including organizational alignment status reporting, program governance, and the rhythm of business. In this role you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to support portfolio governance and decision-making across the tech organization. You’ll focus on building dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and generating insights that help track project performance, align priorities, and improve operational efficiency. It's a critical position that enables transparency and drives value realization in a complex, fast-paced environment. This is a really great opportunity to work under great project leaders and learn and grow in the PMO space.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a proven track record in an analytical role.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working technology or related field
  • 2+ years of excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and language (e.g., SQL, Python, R) preferred.
Compensation:
This role pays between $45-55 per hour.
