Job Description:

1. Reporting & Dashboard Ownership: Build and maintain self-service dashboards in DOMO, SIGMA, GCP Looker Studio, ensuring report accuracy, freshness, and usability.
2. Data Aggregation & Cleaning: Use SQL/Python to clean data and produce analytics-ready datasets; collaborate with the business team to validate data.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business teams on KPI definitions and dashboard development; translate business questions into analytical workflows.
4. Core Responsibility: Transform raw data into actionable insights by building reports, analyzing trends, and partnering with the business to inform decisions.
5. Data QA & Feedback: Act as the first line of defense for data issues, collaborate with Analytics Engineers to define pipelines and data models, and provide feedback on data definitions and logic.
6. Business Support & Dashboard Training: Support end-users with inquiries and provide training as needed.
7. Strong Communication: Bridge the gap between engineers and business teams effectively.
8. Business Curiosity: Question existing reports, engage with business teams to outline BI strategies and future roadmaps.
