We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and data visualization. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help guide business decisions and drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize large data sets from multiple sources
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, etc.) to support data-driven decision making
• Develop and maintain databases, data models, and reporting systems
• Present data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics tool: Excel, Python (pandas, numpy), R
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake)
• Knowledge of A/B testing, regression analysis, or machine learning fundamentals
• Understanding of business KPIs and performance metrics
