Job Description

  1. Impact and influence to ensure stakeholder support of the requirements strategy at the program level
  2. Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review
  3. Prepare requirements for review applying various communication techniques and lead requirements walkthrough and sign-off sessions
  4. Perform detailed data analysis of large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that could indicate risks or inefficiencies
  5. Develop plans and estimates for completion of requirements
  6. Identify, track, and resolve business systems issues during the project lifecycle
  7. Support QA in testing activities
  8. Support Design and Development activities by providing requirements clarifications
  9. Support Functional Support activities
  10. Assist in the development of end-user documentation and training

What do you need to succeed?

  1. 5+ years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst, including requirements planning, data mapping, analysis, use case development, and documentation
  2. 5+ years of banking experience in data analysis or business analysis
  3. Strong quantitative and statistical analysis capabilities
  4. Ability to analyze large datasets for trends, anomalies, and risk indicators
  5. Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis
  6. Advanced knowledge and proven experience in requirements planning, stakeholder analysis, effort estimation, and requirements elicitation techniques
