Job description

We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in logistics and operations management. This role combines advanced data analysis with control tower oversight, offering a unique opportunity to drive supply chain strategy and performance. You will work closely with leadership to turn data into actionable insights and support real-time logistics coordination and decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from internal and external sources; Identify trends and insights to support strategic decisions; Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models (Excel, Power BI, Tableau); Ensure data accuracy through regular validation and quality checks.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor supply chain flows, address bottlenecks, and ensure smooth operations; Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain real-time tracking systems; Escalate issues (delays, discrepancies) and document logistics KPIs and improvements.
  • Administrative & Strategic Support: Prepare regular performance reports for leadership; Manage logistics documents (shipments, inventory, compliance); Support SOP development, process improvements, and general administrative tasks; Perform any other related duties as required.
