Chandler currently has an opportunity for a Data Analyst at our Head Office in Saint John, NB. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, this is an excellent position for someone interested in making a great impact using continuous improvement methods. If you are interested in furthering your education in this field and are willing to work hard to make a difference, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain and monitor clean SKU data in our systems as the company Data Steward.
2. Provide training to Chandler associates on SKU, reporting, and other data-related activities.
3. Maintain the SKU creation process.
4. Continuously improve processes under your stewardship.
5. Document processes and assist other departments with documenting their processes, providing improvement suggestions.
6. Develop reporting, both detailed and summary, used to guide stakeholder decisions.
7. Create dashboards to aggregate data and publish company/department KPIs.
8. Participate in/support continuous improvement initiatives within Purchasing or Chandler.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Demonstrated clear and concise communication skills.
2. Continuous improvement and learning mindset.
3. Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset.
4. Experience with retrieving datasets and modeling for analysis.
5. Alteryx certification is an asset.
6. Tableau Designer experience is an asset.
7. Power BI experience is an asset.
8. Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent business transferable skills.
