A leading financial services company seeks a Digital Performance Analyst to drive data-driven decision making through analytics. The ideal candidate will analyze data sources, develop reports, and aid in optimizing web and app products. About the role
For the Digital Analytics team, we’re looking for a Digital Performance Analyst with a passion for digital and a knack for data-driven storytelling. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving data-driven decision making at the Lab by analyzing various data sources, developing impactful performance tracking reports and making recommendations to improve the performance of Intact’s web and app products and the Lab’s digital initiatives.
What you'll do here :
Work closely with various teams involved in the Lab’s digital initiatives to identify knowledge gaps and analysis needs.
Define KPI plans for digital products in collaboration with internal and external teams.
Assure the quality of analytics tracking implementation and perform regularly quality checks on collected data.
Analyze performance of our digital touchpoints on a regular basis using both quantitative and qualitative data sources.
In close collaboration with Design & Product teams, create and present ongoing performance reports, including appropriate recommendations for product optimization.
Experience in presenting reports to senior management and other collaborators.
Stakeholder management and ability to manage multiple projects.
Respond to ad-hoc data & analysis requests.
What you bring to the table :
Passionate about digital, data and performance.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital performance analytics.
Strategic and innovative in using data to generate actionable insights.
Solid storytelling and presentation skills.
Self-starter with a talent for understanding stakeholder needs.
Proven experience in data visualization (Powerpoint, PowerBI, Adobe / Google Analytics)
Hands-on experience in at least one web analytics tool (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.) required
Interest in / knowledge of tracking implementation process and digital data collection tools (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
Knowledge of SQL / Python, an asset.
No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
