Job description

This contract role is temporary, with an initial contract to December 2025, with the opportunity to extend.

What you’ll do
  1. Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support business processes across departments.
  2. Review and improve datasets. Build out data reporting dashboards like PowerBI.
  3. Build and maintain solutions using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages to translate data into actionable insights.
  4. Develop and maintain Monday.com project management tools, focusing on simplifying platform use.
  5. Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) by managing solution deployments through Azure DevOps pipelines.
  6. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across CRM and BI platforms.
  7. Provide end-user training and support to maximize adoption and value realization.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization, workflows, and integrations.
  2. Intermediate to advanced experience configuring Dynamics 365 modules.
  3. Strong understanding of Dataverse schema design and data modeling.
  4. Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Customer Insights.
  5. Familiarity with ALM principles and Azure DevOps solution deployments.
  6. Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance considerations.
  7. Curious mindset with the ability to explore and implement technology aligned with business processes.
  8. Ability to write clear functional documentation and user stories.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  10. Effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  11. Bachelor’s degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Understanding of business processes in relevant sectors.
  2. Basic coding skills (JavaScript, C#, Power Fx).
  3. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integrations.
  4. Experience with Monday.com development.
  5. Experience in agile environments.
  6. Knowledge of regulatory/stakeholder engagement in the Canadian energy sector.
  7. Certifications such as PL-200, PL-100, MB-220, MB-260.

This position requires candidates to:

  • Have valid authorization to work in Canada.
  • Occasionally work outside standard hours for support needs.
