This contract role is temporary, with an initial contract to December 2025, with the opportunity to extend.
What you’ll do
- Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support business processes across departments.
- Review and improve datasets. Build out data reporting dashboards like PowerBI.
- Build and maintain solutions using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages to translate data into actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain Monday.com project management tools, focusing on simplifying platform use.
- Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) by managing solution deployments through Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across CRM and BI platforms.
- Provide end-user training and support to maximize adoption and value realization.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization, workflows, and integrations.
- Intermediate to advanced experience configuring Dynamics 365 modules.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse schema design and data modeling.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Customer Insights.
- Familiarity with ALM principles and Azure DevOps solution deployments.
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance considerations.
- Curious mindset with the ability to explore and implement technology aligned with business processes.
- Ability to write clear functional documentation and user stories.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of business processes in relevant sectors.
- Basic coding skills (JavaScript, C#, Power Fx).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integrations.
- Experience with Monday.com development.
- Experience in agile environments.
- Knowledge of regulatory/stakeholder engagement in the Canadian energy sector.
- Certifications such as PL-200, PL-100, MB-220, MB-260.
This position requires candidates to:
- Have valid authorization to work in Canada.
- Occasionally work outside standard hours for support needs.
